Posting a job on HARLEYJOBS.COM implies acceptance to these Terms & Conditions as the final and entire agreement between you (Advertiser) and HARLEYJOBS.COM.

Advertiser retains the sole responsibility for content of posted ad and all applicable laws, regulations and standards, including equal opportunity requirements. Any such violation is the sole responsibility of the Advertiser, and HARLEYJOBS.COM assumes no liability as a provider of said content. The Advertiser further warrants that content is true and accurate, and that advertising is for a valid, open position. While HARLEYJOBS.COM takes no responsibility for the content of your ad, we reserve the right to reject any advertisement at our discretion. Standards are subject to
change without prior notice.

The Advertiser acknowledges acceptance of the fee(s) set forth on our site, and the Advertiser understands that HARLEYJOBS.COM will charge applicable fees to Advertiser's credit card in advance of ad publication. Any provision, waiver or alteration will not bind HARLYJOBS.COM, printed or otherwise, amending this document.
HARLEYJOBS.COM may modify, suspend or terminate your (Advertiser) services at any time for any reason without notice, and shall not incur liability in any manner as a result of such action, except to refund any unused pre-paid subscription.

Direct Job Postings are provided "as is" and we make no warranties, express or implied, as to the merchantability, fitness for a particular use or purpose, title, non-infringement or otherwise. HARLEYJOBS.COM will not be responsible to the Advertiser or any third parties for any direct or indirect, consequential, special or punitive damages or losses you may incur in connection with or relating to Direct Job Postings. Any liability shall be limited to the fee for a single job posting. You the Advertiser will defend, indemnify, and hold HARLEYJOBS.COM harmless from all claims, liabilities, losses and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees), relating to any acts, or failures to act, by you the Advertiser or
materials or information transmitted by you the Advertiser in connection with our system.

These terms represent the entire binding agreement between Advertiser and HARLEYJOBS.COM, and supersede any and all prior to the understanding, statements or representations regarding HARLEYJOBS.COM. You the Advertiser will ensure that all of your employees and representatives using, or otherwise having access to, the system do so only in strict accord with these terms. In the event either party brings legal action to enforce the terms and conditions of this agreement, the parties agree that the Superior or Municipal Court of California, County of Los Angeles, shall be the sole venue for bringing such action.
